I didn’t meet Lindsey until after my husband and I bought our home, as she represented the sellers. They declined to fix an issue that appeared during escrow, and we weren’t sure the sale would go through (we were literally at the bank on closing day weighing whether or not to walk away). But Lindsey salvaged the deal! She arranged for a general contractor and roofer to assess the issue, and generously paid for the repair. Lindsey stayed focused on the big picture and we are grateful she navigated a difficult situation with a calm demeanor.
