This Murrieta home was two days from closing when the buyer backed out. 😭 And truthfully, the warning signs were there: minimal deposit, exaggerated repair demands, and obvious attempts to squeeze more money out of my seller. If you know me at all, you know I was never letting that happen. 💪🏻
So I did what a good listing agent does. I personally addressed every repair request, showed the repairs were unnecessary (and in some cases, completely fabricated), and when they bailed, we went back on the market that same day. Four days later, we were under contract again, with buyers who were solid and easy to work with. We closed in three weeks. 3️⃣

Whether a home’s vacant or full of outdated furniture, the AI program I use can remove existing furniture and replace it with modern, realistic pieces that make buyers stop scrolling.
Because let’s be real, buyers shop online first. They see photos, tour for maybe 15 minutes, and then obsessively scroll through the listing again at home. What they see in those photos matters.
If your agent isn’t digitally staging your home (or doing real staging), they’re doing you a disservice.
